OKR TRAINING

We facilitate and draft a set of deployment parameters through technical training and practical application. This results in alignment on terminology, purpose and scope of usage.

OKR SETTING

An experienced OKR practitioner will guide you through the process. Through this process, we will draft your OKRs together, whilst testing your thoughts with a critical thinking lens.

OKR IMPLEMENTATION

OKR Implementation is about creating an ongoing discipline. This will result in healthy business habits – a consistent cadence of regular check-ins, mid-cycle reviews, and end of cycle reflect and reset sessions.

OKR COACHING

OKR Coaching is a process of ongoing inquiry. Through this, you will engage with a coach who has seen the pitfalls of implementing OKRs before, and solving some of the challenges faced within the realities of your team.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Beyond OKRs, we support executives in the delivery of business-critical initiatives. However, we’re not rigid on project management methodologies, but rather aim to translate strategy into practical steps and actions.

PROJECT RESOURCING
